Hunter Lease for dealers

New buyers who did not know your store before Hunter Lease

We are not a listing board. We bring people who came to us, not to your website: they pick a specific VIN from your stock, pay a $95 deposit and are ready to buy within 3 days. You stay the seller on every deal.

Why dealers join

Buyers, not listing-board leads

New customers, not your own

People come to us looking for a car, not to your website. Every reservation is a buyer you would not have had otherwise.

Ready to buy within 3 days

The buyer picked a specific VIN and paid $95 to hold it. You get the VIN, the payment they saw and their ZIP.

Only the buyer sees your store name

Your discount is open to every Hunter Lease user, but your store name is shown only to the person who reserved. Neighbors never see your price.

Payments that match your desk

We price every unit from this month's captive programs and rebates, so the buyer arrives with numbers that match your desk.

Hunter Lease rules

A fair deal, no pressure on the buyer

The discount is final and open to all

The discount you give Hunter Lease is open to every one of our users, with no conditions. It is not renegotiated at the store: the buyer signs the numbers they saw.

No pressure at signing

The buyer chooses add-ons calmly and only what they need. Nothing is mandatory at signing.

Dealer rating

After delivery the buyer rates the store. The rating grows for stores that keep their price and their word.

How it works

Four steps to your first reservation

Tell us your store, brands and who signs. Two minutes.

We reply within 3 business days
  2. STEP 2

    Connect inventory

Give us access to your DMS or a similar system, so the site shows only the cars actually on your lot, with correct prices.

Questions dealers ask

FAQ

What does it cost?

Joining is free. We discuss the terms by email after your request.

Who is the seller on the deal?

You are. The contract, the lender approval and the delivery stay with your store. We never sign for the dealer or take title.

Can the price change once the buyer arrives?

No. The discount you gave Hunter Lease is final. The buyer signs the numbers they saw on the site.

Who pays the $95 deposit and where does it go?

The buyer pays it to Hunter Lease to hold the VIN. It does not lower your price and is not a payment to your store.

What if the reserved car is already sold?

Mark it in the reservation within 3 business hours and offer a matching unit. The buyer decides whether to take it.

Do you need access to my DMS?

Yes, to your DMS or a similar system. That keeps the inventory on the site in line with what is on your lot, so no one reserves a car that is already sold. Discounts come from your monthly sheet.

Which areas and brands do you cover?

New cars in Southern California. A franchise dealer of any brand can apply.
